The actors were both physically and socially professional. Their costumes/wigs were top notch. Elsa and Anna were beyond amazing with each kids different personalities. Every kid at the party had an experience that they will never forget. The actors had an assistant with them, which was super helpful and she dressed so pretty as well.
Since the actors stay in character the entire time, the assistant Gracie, was perfect to be able to communicate with party related questions.
I also had to change my party date and location to which they were super accommodating and kind about it.
