Thoughts on working for MLE: I love when you can see a kid’s dream coming true on their face when they’re meeting us in character. It truly feels like we’re creating magic for them and honestly makes me believe in magic myself.

Thoughts on working for MLE: At my first Magic Lamp event a little girl came up to me as I was dressed as Tiana and said “I look just like you” with the biggest smile on her face. That was hands down my favorite moment. Knowing that I can create memories and dreams for little girls who grew up like me is the best thing I could ever wish for

Thoughts on working for MLE: One of my favorite experiences about working at Magic Lamp is being able to meet a child who may initially be a bit shy, but being able to encourage them to open up and express themselves by the end of our interaction is so special! Seeing their faces light up is something that never gets old!

Thoughts on working for MLE: At my first large event with Magic Lamp in 2020, a mom told me her child fainted when I walked into the room with my best friend Wonder Woman, and I have been hooked on keeping the magic alive ever since!

Thoughts on working for MLE: Getting to be a superhero for kids is really cool. My favorite memory with Magic Lamp is crashing a wedding as Jack Sparrow. It was awesome.

Thoughts on working for MLE: What I enjoy most about what I do is bringing joy and smiles to all the kids I meet because that folks is priceless!!!

Thoughts on working for MLE: I love watching the wonder and excitement that a child shows when they get to see their favorite characters come to life right before their eyes! My favorite memory has to be meeting my husband (Spider-Man) at one of the first Magic Lamp events; Parkridge East Hospital's 2018 NICU Reunion (where we were both born and where my mother worked for over 20 years!

Thoughts on working for MLE: What I love most about working with Magic Lamp is the lifelong friendships I’ve made. This company has truly changed my life for the better, and I know the friends I’ve made here will last a lifetime. One of my favorite memories is visiting the tulip farm, when the farmer called all the cows over just so I could pet them, it was such a sweet and unforgettable moment!

Thoughts on working for MLE: Seeing the excitement in a child’s eyes when you meet them as a princess? Priceless. Seeing the fear in an adult’s eyes when you meet them as a villain? Also priceless.
